Preparaci\u00f3n: Hierve, escurre y desmenuza la pechuga de pollo, es preferible optar por esta parte del animal para elaborar la ensalada, pero si tienes restos de muslos de pollo asado, por ejemplo, tambi\u00e9n puedes usarlos. Cocina las verduras escogidas tambi\u00e9n en agua hirviendo, sin embargo, debes lavarlas previamente y trocearlas en caso de ser grandes.
